Cooking lesson with a local chef

You can also join a Greek cooking class with a local chef and learn how to make zucchini pie, tzatziki, rooster with noodles, spoon sweets, or other local dishes and desserts. Experience the rich flavors and traditional techniques that make Greek cuisine so unique and delicious. Whether you're a seasoned cook or a beginner, you'll enjoy creating and tasting these authentic dishes in a fun and interactive setting.

Our cooking class takes place in the wood oven area. We light the fire and after learning how to make a dough we start to knead it. Until our bread is "made and puffed", we walk around our vegetable gardens to gather vegetables and herbs for our meal and also to learn how our food grows. Get to know our trees, vegetables and herbs. By the time we get back, the oven is already hot and ready to bake our buns. We prepare the vegetables for the Ratatouille with vegetables (the well-known Briam) and place it in the oven. By the time the main course is cooked, we have already prepared the country salad and Tzatziki using the freshest vegetables.
